Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the item, package size, destination, and available shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Vintage Finds For You is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and keep the original packaging and shipping materials. Photos may be requested to assist with resolving the issue.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package.
